Raise Program
A program for a cohort of 10 companies looking to raise their first significant institutional financing round.
Your startup is seeking its first major institutional funding round, but you’d prefer to stay fully focused on your business instead of pouring all your energy into chasing funds and grants? No problem: PwC Raise is here to support you on your journey and get your company investor-ready.
Raise is a three-month program for emerging businesses, providing knowledge and practical insights on topics like funding and company valuation. The program operates in a hybrid format and supports up to ten startups per cohort. Through various masterclasses and individual sparring sessions, you’ll learn from our experts everything you need to convince investors and incubators of your business, value, and vision during a pitch.
Packed Knowledge on Funding, Delivered in Manageable Steps
The three-month program for startups is tightly structured. Following the program launch in week one, we dive right in: Together, we’ll analyze your market and value proposition while addressing open questions on funding and valuation. How does financing through venture capital, business angels, or crowdfunding work? What are common valuation methods? We’ll work together on your investor readiness and conduct intensive training so that you can excel in proposals and pitches.
To ensure the training pays off, the Raise program culminates with an opportunity to put your skills into action: At the Investor Evening, you’ll present yourself and your company to more than 60 venture capitalists and family offices, giving you a chance to jump straight into funding discussions.
Our commitment doesn’t end with the final session. We continue to support you in evaluating investment offers and selecting the right partners to align with your business goals.

Raise+ Service
A program for pitch preparation alongside extensive, 1-1 support.
Do you prefer one-to-one coaching? Then Raise+ is the best choice for you. This service is similar to our Raise Program, but with one difference: there is no cohort of startups, only you.
We take time to get to know you and your business before the process of investor readiness begins. We can advise you on your equity story, business plan including financial model, and due diligence readiness. And if required, we’ll help you to develop a pitch document that investors will find compelling. You will also be challenged on typical investor questions and coached on your pitch technique.
At the end of the process we can also arrange meetings with hand-picked VC/Family Office investors who have shown a clear interest in investing in your sector.
