Christiane Heckelmann-Lahm is a Senior Manager within PwC Germany’s Risk & Regulatory practice since 2007. She has led multiple national and international large scale transformation projects.
Christiane has lived in the US, the UK and South Africa (PwC secondment). With work exposure around the world, she has a truly global mindset.
Her main focus resides in helping clients implement Governance, Risk & Compliance requirements in their organizations - whether in form of policies & procedures, process re-designs, integration of Risk & Compliance aspects (iGRC©) or technology implementation, she helps to strengthen companies resilience. Within these areas, Christiane specializes in integrity and people enablement aspects: change management, communication, enablement and onboarding to ensure these changes have a lasting impact and overall strengthen the integrity of organizations.
Christiane is the Co-Lead of Integrity Driven Performance and has been a trainer/ coach for several external and internal trainings.
