Dr Huili Wang is specialized in tax consulting for international corporations. With more than 20 years of professional experience in international tax law, she has led numerous projects, including cross-border transactions, restructuring, tax planning, tax audits, binding tax rulings.
Dr Huili Wang has extensive experience in advising German investments in China as well as Chinese investments in Germany. She is also the author of numerous publications in international tax law and a lecturer at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
