Josip Oreskovic is a tax partner in our Frankfurt office and advises on all aspects of national and international tax law with a focus on private equity and real estate transactions.
Josip advised on numerous mergers & acquisitions, real estate and refinancing transactions including international tax structuring, due diligences, tax modelling, the set-up of joint ventures structures and post-deal integration. His clients include private equity funds, institutional clients, corporates and family offices.
