Dr-Ing. Lars Richter has been involved in the acquisition and management of subsidies since 2002 and has been working in subsidy advisory at PwC since 2014. Here, he is responsible for analysing and acquiring subsidies for measures in the areas of sustainability & decarbonisation for manufacturing companies and energy suppliers.

Dr Lars Richter is also active in the area of research and development funding. He focuses in particular on

  • investment grants and premiums for energy efficiency and resource efficiency,
  • carbon contracts for difference,
  • special programmes (IPCEI, TCTF, JTF),
  • research allowance.

In addition, he is a member of the worldwide PwC expert network “Global Incentive Service” and also advises companies across borders on issues relating to subsidies.
