Marcel Misere is a Partner of PwC’s international tax department located in Düsseldorf. He holds a diploma in Economics and is a German Certified Tax Advisor. He has significant experience in corporate tax and international tax which he has gained at PwC and another large auditing and tax consulting firm (since 2010), including a secondment to the PwC German Tax Desk in New York (US).
Marcel Misere has a clear focus on German inbound clients. In this respect, he is focused on advising German investments of foreign multinational companies / investors on reorganization projects, post-deal integration as well as on their day-to-day international tax advisory services including tax audit defense.
