Margarete Schätzler, a German Certified Tax Advisor, has more than 15 years of work experience with a focus on international tax advice to private equity portfolios and corporate multinationals. Her work experience includes a variety of cross-border tax planning projects including review of the group tax strategy.
Margarete Schätzler supports private equity funds and their portfolio entities in corporate tax matters during the post deal integration phase as well as during the preparation of potential exits. She advises her clients on an ongoing basis for a broad range of German and international tax issues.
