Thorsten Vree specializes in providing holistic advice to domestic and foreign groups of companies and their owners. With more than 25 years of professional experience, he has already accompanied numerous projects from the splitting up and acquisition of corporate groups to the transition from corporate group to the next generation.
Thorsten Vree has a particular focus on defending companies in tax audits and in international tax law. He has also been a lecturer in tax law at the Leibniz University in Hanover since 2007.
