With over 25 years of expertise across diverse sectors such as retail, consumer goods, entertainment, automotive and financial services, Mathias has led strategy, business and IT consulting projects for large companies from around the world.

His innovative approach has seen him speak at events like OMR, DMEXCO, Dreamforce, and CeBIT, and he lectures at several universities. He has a degree in physics and an Executive MBA.

Jens Zwenger

Jens Zwenger is a partner at PwC Germany, Salesforce Consulting Lead and a member of the Customer Transformation leadership team. A trusted advisor to a range of clients for nearly two decades, he specialises in cloud-based transformations, with a focus on Salesforce products and technologies. 

He has extensive experience in designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation programmes, digitalisation strategies, operating models, CRM processes, cloud architectures and application tests. His team was the first PwC team in Europe to win the Salesforce Innovation Award, for Europe’s largest Salesforce field service transformation project.
