Michael’s passion are procurement and supply chain matters. Prior to joining PwC, he worked as a partner for a procurement consultancy, but his roots are in the automotive industry. He held various management positions prior to his consulting career and looks back on over 20 years of experience in supply chain-, procurement- and operations optimization.

Kai Dresch has been shaping this area for over 18 years in various management functions in the industry and management consulting. His focus lies on cost transformation, the use of game theory in negotiations, and the holistic transformation of purchasing organizations.
