Agile customer needs in the focus of development

The world is changing faster and faster

Technology pioneers, as well as current demographics, increasingly determine the needs of customers. The changes brought about by the digital transformation are omnipresent: old industry boundaries are disappearing, new competitors are gaining power. Traditional recipes for success are losing their validity. To be among the winners in this cut-throat competition, speed and flexibility through agile leadership are essential. Enterprise Agility is the consistent continuation of agile methods from the project level to the entire organization as well as to each individual manager in order to implement the requirements of the market and consequently of customer service faster and more efficient.

What advantages does agility bring to companies?

Agile Trust –
Implementing the digital transformation successfully and compliantly

For many companies, the digital transformation is becoming more and more crucial to survive in today's dynamic and disruptive market environment. However, transformation projects often stagnate, fail to achieve the hoped-for added value or even jeopardize the sustainable success of the entire organization. Many companies see agile process models as the key to success, but governance and compliance aspects must not be neglected. Agile Trust – Implementing digital transformation successfully and compliantly – with the following contents of the webinar we would like to show you how to act compliantly in digital transformation and ensure trust in the agile approach.

“A control environment that is not adapted to the agile environment slows down the digital transformation.”

Enterprise Agility –
acting successfully and compliant

The advancing digital transformation forces companies to question the existing and explore new possibilities. Many companies see agile process models as the key to success, but to ensure sustainable competitiveness, more than just a full methodological case is needed. Agility affects the organization as a whole. Enterprise Agility – acting successfully and compliant – with the following contents of the webinar we will address the challenges of agile transformation in companies and show problem areas as well as options for action.

Step by step to the Agile Champion

We support you on your Agile Journey no matter where you are currently standing. Whether at the very beginning or already in an advanced stage - we have the right concepts and the experts to help you in this change and lead you to success.

Where are you on the Agile Journey?

1. Agile Awareness

What is agility and is it right for your business?

Everyone is talking about agility. With the multitude of terms associated with agility (e.g. Lean, Kanban, Backlog, Chapter, Tribe), it is noticeable that the understanding of it is quite different. Many people associate agility with project management methods in software development (especially SCRUM), others with a working method that can be applied to the entire organizational and operational structure beyond IT. We help you to take an overall, practical look at the topic of agility and to understand the different terms, approaches and methods on the basis of real case studies in order to generate added value for your customers. The focus is on the benefits or added value that can be achieved through agility for management and customer service. The shorter a company's innovation cycles are and the faster customer behavior changes, the higher the value added.

2. Cases for Agility

How can we bring agility into your business and what do you need to do so?

The benefits of agility vary depending on the business. In addition, each organization has different starting points. In order to concretize the added value of agility, we work with you to develop a business case and conduct a maturity analysis. With our Agile Maturity Assessment, we work with you to assess the effectiveness of your agile projects and organizations along a number of dimensions and sub-dimensions and identify potential for optimization.

3. Piloting Agility

How can you pilot the first agile projects?

There are different ways to introduce agility into organizations. With the Front Runner approach, initially only part of the organization is transferred to the agile mode of operation and thus moved from the project mode to the value stream or product mode. This allows the new way of working to be tested and optimized in a limited area. The Front Runner approach supports the validation and optimization of a new organizational design before it is introduced in other parts of the organization.

4. Scaling Agility

How do you scale the agility in your company in a targeted manner?

After the introduction of agile methods in projects, the question quickly arises whether and how the new way of working can be applied to large and complex programs, individual company divisions, management or even the entire organization. We have successfully supported companies of different sizes in this transformation and know the pitfalls and success factors.

5. Agile Compliance

How do you ensure governance and compliance in agile projects?

Quality assurance and compliance also play an important role in agile processes. In addition to ensuring the correct implementation of technical requirements, it is particularly important to be able to take legal requirements into account. This is an important aspect, especially in regulated industries such as the financial sector, which is of great relevance in automated IT processes (DevOps environment with continuous deployments) and which must be taken into account for customer service.
