What is agility and is it right for your business?
Everyone is talking about agility. With the multitude of terms associated with agility (e.g. Lean, Kanban, Backlog, Chapter, Tribe), it is noticeable that the understanding of it is quite different. Many people associate agility with project management methods in software development (especially SCRUM), others with a working method that can be applied to the entire organizational and operational structure beyond IT. We help you to take an overall, practical look at the topic of agility and to understand the different terms, approaches and methods on the basis of real case studies in order to generate added value for your customers. The focus is on the benefits or added value that can be achieved through agility for management and customer service. How can you pilot the first agile projects?
There are different ways to introduce agility into organizations. With the Front Runner approach, initially only part of the organization is transferred to the agile mode of operation and thus moved from the project mode to the value stream or product mode. This allows the new way of working to be tested and optimized in a limited area. The Front Runner approach supports the validation and optimization of a new organizational design before it is introduced in other parts of the organization.
