Maresa Schleich
In Southern Germany, Maresa manages the PwC innovation ecosystem. Additionally, she is our expert on leadership, human resources, and organizational development topics. In addition to her consulting experience at PwC, Maresa spent two years guiding a Munich startup through its growth phase. Now, in PwC’s Next Level Team, she leverages her network to drive innovation and growth.
Marlon Müller
Marlon was born, studied and founded his own company in Hamburg and is our regional contact person in Northern Germany for startups and innovation topics. Since joining PwC’s Next Level Team, he has been connecting startups, corporates, and investors. Additionally, Marlon manages PwC’s Unicorn Community across Germany.
Maik Therres
Maik manages the regional innovation ecosystem in Western and Central Germany. Previously, he worked for two startups and gained experience as a Scale Program Manager and as a consultant in PwC’s advisory practice. He brings a holistic perspective to the networking of investors, startups, and multipliers. He is particularly passionate about venture capital and is a co-organizer of the VC Stammtisch in Düsseldorf.

Tassilo Kröger
Tassilo, based in Berlin, is responsible for PwC’s innovation ecosystem in the eastern regions of Germany. He leverages his prior experience and network from his time as a consultant in PwC’s advisory practice to build sustainable business relationships. In PwC’s Next Level Team, he supports innovators in realizing their growth potential and overcoming associated challenges. Tassilo connects startups, scaleups, and corporates with PwC’s ecosystem, providing optimal support for their innovation and business projects.
